US green card

1. To stay there permanently, you’ll need permanent residency, aka a green card.
2. To get a green card, you need ample time to face all the procedures.
3. After completing your master's, you’ll be legally required to leave the US in 60 days.
You will not be able to get a green card in 60 days. On average, it may take 8 years to get a green card. Hence, you’ll need to reenforce your visa status.
F1
F1 OPT
H1B (lottery comes in this part, long discussion short, only a limed number of people get H1B each year)
By combining these three, maybe it'll allow you to stay there for 8 years while your green card procedure is ongoing.
This is not the end of the story.
The green card expires in 10 years.
So you'll need your citizenship in 10 years, or you wont be able to re-enter if you come back to visit anyone in Bangladesh. 10 years is not considered as permanent, I suppose.
(Edited the last part, thanks to Ragib Hasan bhai for correcting me. Good catch.)

The last part isn’t correct. Legal permanent residency doesn’t expire. The actual green card does, but it doesn’t end the lawful permanent resident status. The only issue is that they can’t re enter the US. So, if one doesn’t travel, then it is fine living in the USA with an expired green card.
